Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

1. Eligibility Window

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Earbuds and headphones once unsealed, for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
  • Items purchased during clearance sales marked as final.

3. How To Initiate

Email us at returns@vahmartexpress.com or WhatsApp our support number with your order ID and a brief reason. We'll arrange a pickup wherever serviceable.

4. Refund Timeline

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 business daysto the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 2–3 days.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and offer a free replacement or full refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, you'll need to follow the standard return process.
