Shipping Policy

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 cities: 3–6 business days
• Remote pincodes: 5–9 business days

Estimated delivery dates are visible at checkout based on your pincode.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 fee applies to lower-value or COD orders.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email and SMS with the courier name and tracking link. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section.

5. Undelivered & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated unavailability or refusal at delivery, we'll reach out to confirm reshipment. Reshipment charges may apply.

6. Damaged In Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and email support@vahmartexpress.com within 48 hours so we can act fast.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be announced on our home page when available.
